Job Title: HR Support (Sri Lanka-based)
Location: On-site (must be available to go to office)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR support specific to the Sri Lankan team

Manage general HR administrative tasks (e.g. documentation, onboarding)

Drive employee engagement and internal HR coordination
-
Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and company policies

Serve as point of contact for HR queries from local team members
Requirements:
-
Minimum 4 years of hands-on HR experience
-
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
-
Solid understanding of Sri Lankan HR practices and labour law
-
Proactive, well-organized, and self-motivated
-
Able to coordinate and participate in team social events

Willing and able to work on-site
Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
