Job Description
This job Senior is for someone who can work during US business hours based on a weekly schedule. From March to October, work hours are from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, and from October to February, work hours are from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM. To qualify, you should have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, marketing (especially digital marketing), or a related field. You also need between 2 to 5 years of experience working in a relevant area, especially with content management systems like WordPress, Episerver, or Sitecore. Having a basic understanding of web development languages such as HTML and CSS is important, as well as a good grasp of how websites work, including their logic and structure. You should be able to understand client needs on your own and know how to meet those needs effectively. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are necessary.
It’s a plus if you have experience using email marketing tools like Marketo or Eloqua, analytical software such as Google Analytics or WebTrekk, web crawling tools like Screaming Frog, project management tools such as Jira or SharePoint, and media platforms like Brightcove. Having knowledge or interest in capital markets, funds, or asset management is also helpful but not mandatory.
In this role, you will use a special content management system (CMS) to build, update, and publish website content for clients. You will work closely with client teams to gather and clarify their requirements. Your tasks include uploading and publishing media on different platforms, helping the team with special projects and live event production, and managing schedules from start to finish. You will perform regular quality checks on content and prepare reports to ensure everything is correct. It’s important to meet deadlines and report any problems early. You will also need to follow company rules and look for any updates in policies. Working with clients to improve and manage the CMS and website is a key part of the job, along with keeping documentation up to date. You will set your own priorities and handle multiple tasks at the same time to keep everything running smoothly.
