We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Security to lead and elevate our organization’s security posture across all operational locations in Sri Lanka. This role demands a proactive leader with a visible presence, a deep understanding of local dynamics, and the ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the Front: Be a trusted, visible leader who is actively present across sites. Demonstrate leadership through action, not just policy.
